We all have a lot of jerks around us, we get into situations we do not like, we end up at places we want to run away from, dreams remain dreams, reality is more like a horror film. I can either go on about how bad life sucks or I can go making - My choice
Blessed I am to have this life,
frought with anger, misery and strife.
For sunshine, moonlight and spring I prayed,
with a whip of misfortune I got flayed.
Into the Mac D Burger I bit,
suddenly I felt as though - "I am loving it" :).
Without the setbacks, life would be a bore,
those who treaded on flowers,
have never found a place in lore.
Blessed I am, to be a knight,
with challenges anew everyday I fight.
Life has offered me much more than I could ask,
what I thought of as a burden,is nothing but another task.
Throwing away everything now, I would lose 27 years,
I am not a complete failure, else I wouldn't be here.
The world is unfair I know,
I shouldn't let that make me feel low.
For unless I have been to places low,
how good it is to be on the top,I'd never know.
